1. Product features and uses
This product is suitable for fixed power transmission lines or connecting cables for mobile electrical appliances with AC rated voltage of 0.6/1KV and below. The product has the characteristics of heat radiation resistance, cold resistance, acid and alkali resistance and corrosive gas resistance, waterproofness, etc. The cable structure is soft and convenient for radiation. The electrical performance is stable under high temperature (cold) environment, the anti-aging performance is outstanding, and the service life is long. It is widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical, electronics, automobile manufacturing and other industries.

Three: Usage characteristics
1. AC rated voltage: U0/U 0.6/1KV
Maximum operating temperature: 180°C
Minimum ambient temperature: fixed installation -60℃
2. The temperature for cable installation should not be lower than -25℃.
3. Allowable bending radius of the cable: The minimum bending radius of the cable is 10 times the outer diameter of the cable

6. Main technical indicators
1. For the DC resistance of finished cable conductors (R type) (in accordance with GB3956), refer to Table 1 and Table 2 in Appendix A.
2. Insulation resistance at 20℃ is not less than 100MΩ/KM
3. The finished cable will not break down when subjected to an AC 50HZ 3.5KV/5min voltage test.
